The location provided great views. The real selling point is your host. Hannah is more than happy to help with anything you need, even down to booking a taxi if you need it or help you rearrange vacation plans when disaster strikes. The breakfast menu is extensive and delicious. The room was excellent. We delayed our holiday until after the works on Staffa were supposed to be completed, so were very disappointed when we were informed that they weren’t and we wouldn’t be able to land on Staffa. Hannah went above and beyond when we asked her if there was any way we would be able to see Puffins up close. She booked us onto a Turus Mara tour, also highly recommended. Stayed at Drimnin View for two nights as part of an organised tour to Mull. Hannah was an amazing hostess, very happy to help out with whatever you need. We had purposefully booked our tour (which included a boat trip to Staffa) to align with the supposed completion date of the pier construction on Staffa, so that we could land on Staffa as we really wanted to see puffins up close. Unfortunately, the construction completion was delayed and we were unable to land. We asked Hannah for advice and she was able to book us onto a different boat trip that landed on Lunga instead, as well as organising transport. This was all done at the very last minute, and both Hannah and Turus Mara were very accommodating. There was a good selection of generous breakfast options, and all of the food was delicious. Her optional packed lunches were good, and Hannah was very accommodating of food preferences :) Drimnin View also offered massages, which we didn't get to do, but they looked good to do if you had the time. Hannah the host is very nice and breakfast was good with a nice view. Rooms are decent. To the city 10 min downhill, back is all uphill and pretty steep. I feel it's way overpriced for what you get.

We do appreciate your feedback. We have a beautiful position in Tobermory and lucky to have the views of the bay, Calve and the sound. Obviously with Tobermorys elevated location it can involve a 5-6 minute walk down to the main street. For those less able Tobermory does have several taxis available to take folk up and down the hill or further afield, their numbers are always to hand on the front desk. Our rates are highly competitive especially with the facilities we offer. I hope you find your way back to Mull in the future as there's always so much more to see and do.
